2. Quotes & Estimates

• All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date given.

• Quotes are based on details provided; if site conditions change or extra work is needed, we will agree any extra cost with you first before starting.

• Measurements are our responsibility unless you explicitly confirm measurements yourself in writing.

3. Payments

• A deposit of 40% is required to order your windows. A further 40 % to book your installation date.

20% balance is due on completion or as agreed in writing.

• We accept bank transfer, cheque, or cash. No work will be left unpaid.

4. Work & Installation

• We will agree a date and time with you; we’ll let you know as soon as possible if we need to rearrange.

• You agree to provide safe access to the property and clear the work area before we arrive.

• All work will be carried out to current UK building regulations and safety standards.

5. Materials & Guarantees

• Glass and frames are supplied as per your agreed specification.

• We offer a 12‑month guarantee on our workmanship from completion (does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear).

• Manufacturer warranties apply to the products themselves —which is normally 10 years on most products.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• If you cancel after we have ordered materials, you will be charged for the cost of those materials.

• Any changes to the job once work has started will be charged separately.

7. Liability

• We take reasonable care to protect your property; we are not liable for pre‑existing hidden faults or damage that cannot be avoided during installation.

• We hold public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
